Jennifer Ely

Jennifer joined Brearley’s in September 2023 and works in the family department as a paralegal dealing with divorces, financial issues, children cases and injunctions. She has been working in the legal sector since January 2023 specialising in family law and is committed and passionate about helping people who are going through difficult situations.

Prior to this, Jennifer spent 12 years as a children’s social worker and therefore has a number of years’ experience working with children, young people and their families.

Jennifer has completed her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course and is now working towards becoming a qualified solicitor.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching crime documentaries, exercising, going for walks and socialising.
