You need a Will

We all do.

Two-thirds of the population do not have a will

We believe that it is dangerous either to try to do the will yourself or to use an unqualified will writer. Many people advertise in newspapers and other media saying that they are specialist will writers and that they will visit your home.

They do not have qualifications and they do not carry insurance. Anybody can call themselves a specialist will writer regardless of their expertise and there is no way of knowing as to whether they have expertise or not

It is a fact that many people die without a will every year - and in many cases the Government gets the money from the estate.  This is surprising because making a will is not as time-consuming or as complex as many people think.  It is however an extremely important document and easy to get wrong if not handled properly and by a specialist.

Many "home-made" wills fail due to small but unforseen problems.  It is not an expensive process and it is much better therefore to get it done by a specialist so that you have the piece of mind of knowing it has been done right.

it is also a fact that Will writers who claimed to be specialists are usually not qualified and will not provide the level of service and advice that a properly qualified solicitor will.

As a firm we often are asked to put right the errors made by unqualified Will writers. We also find that very often they charge significantly higher fees for apparently no good reason

We are experts in will-making and estate planning.  We are fast , reliable and the cost is reasonable.
