Man's testicle removed by
mistake
A terrible gaffe left a teenager missing one testicle after an incorrect diagnosis led to the removal of the testicle by mistake. Initially diagnosed with cancer he was advised that he would need his testicle removed. The operation was a success but he was subsequently advised that he in fact did not need it removed as he had been wrongly diagnosed.
