Michael is a qualified mediator and a specialist in professional negligence involving claims against professionals including solicitors for compensation arising from their errors

Born and brought up in Birstall he established the firm in its present form since taking it over in 1983.

His preferred specialisms are Professional Negligence and Contract Law.

When not at work you will normally catch him underneath one of his vintage cars or trying to catch fish on the river Wharfe.
