The Family Department holds a Specialist Quality Mark granted by the Legal Services Commission.  We are able to use devolved powers to grant Public Funding Certificates in certain circumstances.  We are regularly audited by the Legal Services Commission and adhere to their requirements for quality and procedure.  We are committed to providing Public Funding work and will continue to work in partnership with the Legal Services Commission with whom we have a good relationship.  We were one of the first firms in the Kirklees area to obtain a Public Funding Franchise and are very proud of this.
