Martin Oliver

Born in London but has spent most of his years in the Wakefield area of Yorkshire. Martin studied at Derby University before completing his Legal Practise Course at the College of Law in York. He originally trained to be a solicitor at Brearleys some years ago before moving to a firm in Bradford for a few years. He returned to Brearleys in 2003 and was made a Partner in May 2008.
Martin has worked on many complex pi claims and currently deals with all areas of litigation specialising in particular in complex and high value accident at work and industrial disease claims.
