Kirkwood hospice

We are proud to support Kirkwood hospice who provide essential care for the local people of Kirklees and Calderdale. For many years the hospice has provided invaluable assistance of people during their most difficult time of need in a caring and professional way. Without visiting the hospice is it is difficult to understand the level of commitment shown by the hospice workers without whom the last days for the residents would be far less bearable

The facilities at Kirkwood hospice are purpose-built and provide a high level of strategic specialist care within the caring framework that one would expect

As a local firm committed to the local community we are constantly looking for ways to help and assist the hospice and welcome suggestions as to how we can help

We support fundraising initiatives and information to both hospice users and workers alike and in doing so we hope to in a small way recognise the essential nature of their care that is provided at the hospice

It is often not understood just how expensive it is to run the hospice and part of our involvement is to raise awareness of the expense involved and the constant need for ongoing donations and legacies in Wills for example
