Lasting Powers of Attorney were brought in on the 1st October 2007 under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Property and Affairs Lasting Powers and Welfare Lasting Powers.

We are able to take care of the whole process including completing all the forms and documents required.  We are here to make the process as simple and as painless as possible.

It is worthwhile to make an application sooner rather than later because currently they are taking approximately 12 weeks to register the same.
