Emma Clough

Emma undertook her 2-year training contact with a Leeds firm before moving to Brearleys in 1995.  Emma is a member of the Children Panel and the Family Panel both set up by the Law Society recognising Emma’s expertise in these areas.  Emma is also a Specialist Accredited Member of Resolution, specialising in Domestic Violence and Private Children Law.  Emma has recently successfully trained to be a Resolution Collaborative Lawyer and is keen to build experience in this area.  Emma follows the Resolution code of practice.
