Work Related Upper Limb DisordersCameras assembly line in 1985

The law on this area is extremely complex indeed.  It is a fact that only recetnly the law remained that you would not successfully win a case which involved work related upper limb disorders - (WRULD) - pioneering cases brought by this firm and other such specilaists however has turned the tide in this area, so that now, in respect of some types of WRULD claims can now be brought.

In order to succeed in such a case it is necessary to prove that you undertook repetitive tasks thatdirectly caused or worsened a condition affecting your upper limbs - ie arms, hands or fingers

Not all conditions affecting the upper limbs are recognised as being caused by work however and this is why you need a specialist handling your case.  Not all RSI cases are work related for example.

We are well able to identify the different conditions and to refer you to expert consultants.  Despite the complexity of this area of law we continue to have a very high success rate.  It will not cost you a penny to pursue the case and there is no risk to you.
